Dr. Eugene Achi was raised by foster father Dr. Jibran Atwi, and attended high school at ESA (cade, LA). After a degree in Biomedical engineering (Louisiana Tech, Ruston, LA), he received his M.D. from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine where he subsequently trained in Neurology (’10-’14). He then completed a fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology (with focus in epilepsy) at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville Tennessee (’14-’15). He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Outside of his professional career, Dr. Achi is a musician and an avid soccer player.
